A small one-time set up fee provides:
- apportioning of your site with your colors and logo
- registration of an easy to remember web address (e.g. MySchoolAlumni.org)
- one-on-one online training of your administrator
- a custom press-ready release announcing your new community

Admin Service - available at an extra cost should you not have anyone to administer your site.
Referral Program - can reduce your cost up to 80% by telling your colleagues of our service.
Data Import - can take your existing member list and import it into your new site so all your data is in one place.
The cost of data import is based on the volume of records, quality of data, and services to be performed. Let us know what you have in mind and we will provide a free quote.
Online Payments - will allow you to accept payments for donations, tickets sales and merchandising opportunities. Currently we have a relationship with Click and Pledge (4.5%) and PayPal (2.9% + $.30 per transaction). For a fee of $100 we can create an account with one of these merchants, set up your initial product listing, and get it up and running on your website. Or, you may set things up yourself with one of these vendors, or any other of your choice.
Click and Pledge is best if the majority of your payments will be $20 or less, whereas PayPal is best if your payments are $20 or more.

Of course, someone from within your organization will have to administer the site on a week-to-week basis (about an hour a week is necessary) to upload photos and files, post news, answer alumni questions, post links and reunion announcements, occasionally police the site, etc. Very little technical knowledge is required. If you can send attachments, using a word processing program, and handle a digital camera, then you know what is needed.
